The Athlete app provides a direct channel to input data into the Kitman Labs Performance Intelligence Platform. This tool allows coaching staff to solicit details regarding your workload, monitor your overall well-being, track recovery from injury, and collect feedback on performance insights.

Key features of the app include:

• Responding to RPE requests from coaching staff.
• Completing daily forms and well-being assessments.
• Reporting on individual training sessions completed (automate via Apple Health).
• Setting reminders for completing well-being assessments and other tasks.

It is important to note that access to the Athlete app is currently restricted to members of sporting organizations utilizing the Kitman Labs Performance Intelligence Platform.
